First aired on 24th October 1973, the seventh episode of the fourth and final season of The Sonny & Cher Comedy Hour featured a Planet Of The Apes spoof sketch featuring American comedian/singer Jim Nabors as an astronaut "from Los Angeles" and Cher as a fur-bikini-clad savage human female.
I haven't been able to track down a cast credit for the two gorillas.
