Visiting your blog for the first time, and I love it!
SOOO much to see read!
Just two nights ago I saw the extended\uncut Conquest for the first time, and wow! Loved seeing it now, but I would have REALLY REALLY loved to see the extra explicit violence when I was a kid.😎 I had loved the movie as it was, particularly having cried through the end of Escape ... I was ready to see some payback ... Can't imagine there being too much graphic ape-on-human brutality (as long as that one reasonable human wasn't executed)for my typical backyard BB-gunning, Dirty Harry loving, American boy sensibility circa 1970's. 😃
An added pleasant surprise is to see this page is still active. So often, it seems, I find terrific blogs devoted to nostalgic entertainment popular with those who were children in the 70s and find the host is no longer posting. It's understandable, of course, because a blog is often as mortal as the blogger; or maybe other priorities emerge, etc. But just saying I'm glad you're still posting! Great site!
