1966 Studio Pitch (Part 1)

In early March 1966, Arthur P. Jacobs produced a nine-minute “studio pitch” in an attempt to gain funding for his fledgling film project Planet Of The Apes. The first three minutes of this film consisted of a series of concept paintings, set against a narration relating the arrival of astronaut Thomas on the strange new world.
