1966 Studio Pitch (Part 3)

In early March 1966, Arthur P. Jacobs produced a nine-minute “studio pitch” in an attempt to gain funding for his fledgling film project Planet Of The Apes.
As we all now know, Edward G. Robinson eventually turned down the role of Dr Zaius, Thomas became Taylor and Linda Harrison went on to play mute savage girl Nova. We also know that the arrival of John Chambers to the project drastically improved the ape make-up design.
